What this dashboard tracks
Pull your WooCommerce order data into Excel to monitor revenue, order volume, and fulfillment status without leaving your spreadsheet.
Key metrics
- Total revenue — order totals by day, week, or custom period - Order volume — number of orders and average order value (AOV) - Status mix — pending, processing, on-hold, completed, refunded, cancelled - Refunds — amounts refunded and the reasons, per order - Customer detail — billing name, email, and address on each order
Data sources
Use the Orders query with status, customer, and date (after / before) filters. Pull line-level detail with Order Notes and Refunds (pass the order ID). For quick totals, the read-only Order Totals, Product Totals, Customer Totals, and Coupon Totals reports return counts grouped by status or type.
Why these KPIs matter
Revenue tells you what came in; AOV and status mix tell you why. A growing pile of on-hold orders signals a payment or fulfillment bottleneck. Rising refund amounts against stable revenue point to a product or expectation problem worth investigating.
