TikTok Shop stock and orders

Load your TikTok Shop stock and orders into Excel or the web app, then act on them from the Actions pane. Each action writes one record, from your own click. Every query and every action names its shop in the Shop field; left empty, it is the connection's first shop.

Read the stock

  1. Insert a LinkyFlow query, choose TikTok Shop, then the query Warehouses, and note the ID of each warehouse.
  2. Choose the query Stock. Narrow before loading with Warehouse, Seller SKU or SKU ID (up to 10, comma-separated), the product Status, or an update or creation date.
  3. Run it. Each row is one SKU in one warehouse: its id <sku>:<warehouse>, the seller SKU, the product title, the Warehouse and the Quantity.

Stock Commitments reads, for the products or the SKUs you name, what each SKU has available and what open orders hold of it, in all and by warehouse.

Set a stock level

  1. On a Stock row, open the Actions pane and choose Set Stock.
  2. Give the Quantity to hold from now on in that warehouse: a whole number, set, never added to what was there.
  3. Send it. TikTok Shop takes every warehouse of a SKU at once, so LinkyFlow reads them again just before the write and sends the others as it read them: only the warehouse of the row changes. TikTok Shop offers no check against a sale: the quantity you give replaces what the warehouse holds, a sale made since your read included, and a sale landing in another warehouse in that instant is overwritten there.

Set a price

On a SKUs row, choose Set Price and give the SKU's price: a set, never an adjustment, in the shop's currency.

Ship or cancel an order

  1. Choose the query Orders, filtered by Status, or a creation or update date. Each line of an order is one unit: a SKU bought twice is two lines.
  2. Select an order. The Actions pane offers Cancel Order and Mark Shipped only while the order's status allows them; this is checked again before the write.
  3. Mark Shipped records a shipment you made yourself: give the Tracking Number and the Carrier, and the Lines shipped — empty, every line of the order.
  4. Cancel Order cancels the order, or the Lines you name, with a Reason TikTok Shop offers for it: read them with the query Aftersale Eligibility for that order. TikTok Shop refunds the buyer.

Packages reads your packages with their tracking: Ship Package arranges the shipment of one ready to ship.

Answer a cancellation or a return

  1. Choose the query Cancellations or Returns, filtered by status or by order.
  2. Select a request still waiting for you: the Actions pane offers Approve Cancellation and Reject Cancellation, or Approve Return and Reject Return.
  3. Approving a cancellation refunds the buyer; approving a return refunds them or first asks the item back, as the Decision you choose says. Rejecting names a Reason TikTok Shop accepts for that request: read them with the query Reject Reasons.

In a cell

Each read is also an Excel function, among them =LF.tiktokshop.inventoryLevels, =LF.tiktokshop.orders and =LF.tiktokshop.products. A function reads; the actions run from the Actions pane. The TikTok Shop connection reference prints each function with its arguments.

Use the TikTok Shop Catalog and TikTok Shop Sales dashboards of the LinkyFlow web app and the Excel add-in for ready-made KPI rows over these queries: SKUs, SKUs without a seller SKU, products, live products, stock rows at zero and warehouses; orders, unpaid, to ship, in transit, completed and cancelled, and what the paid orders total in each currency.
