Wix connection setup

This guide walks you through connecting a Wix site to LinkyFlow so you can work with its products, variants, stock, orders and contacts in Excel or in the web app. There is no key to copy.

Requirements

  • A Wix site with Wix Stores, on Catalog V3 for its catalogue to be read
  • Your Wix login, with the right to install apps on that site

Step 1 — Install LinkyFlow's Wix app

  1. In Excel or the web app, open Connections → Add connection.
  2. Choose Wix from the provider list.
  3. Click Connect with Wix: Wix opens the install page of LinkyFlow's app.
  4. Sign in at Wix if it asks, and pick the site to connect.
  5. Approve the permissions Wix lists, and install the app.

Wix brings you back to LinkyFlow, and the connection is ready. One connection reads one site: to connect another site, add another connection. LinkyFlow renews its access by itself: there is nothing to do when a token expires.

Step 2 — Load your first query

  1. Insert a LinkyFlow query and pick the Wix provider.
  2. Choose Products, select your connection in the Link field, and run it: the first 100 rows load by default. Move on to the next page, or pick All results to read the pages in a row.
  3. Choose Locations, then Stock: each row of Stock is one variant at one location.

A store still on Catalog V1 answers its catalogue with a message saying so; its Orders and Contacts are read all the same.

Step 3 — Read an amount

An amount is an exact decimal in the currency of its product or order: 12.50 with EUR is 12.50 EUR.

Ending LinkyFlow's access

In your Wix site's dashboard, go to Apps → Manage Apps, then Uninstall App on LinkyFlow: this ends its access, and the connection stops working until you install the app again. Wix gives an app no way to uninstall itself, so deleting the connection in LinkyFlow leaves the app on your site until you uninstall it there.

LinkyFlow keeps its access to your site server-side: it is never shown, and never sent to an AI assistant.
