LinkyFlow for Wix
The Wix connection brings the store of one Wix site into Excel and the LinkyFlow web app: its products and variants, the stock of each variant at each location, its categories and options, its orders with their payments, fulfillments and refunds, and the site's contacts. You connect by installing LinkyFlow's Wix app on your site, with no key to copy. Load them as structured tables and analyse them with your formulas. It writes only what you ask: a product's name, slug, description or visibility, a stock level, a cancellation, a fulfillment. No product is created or deleted at Wix.
Key capabilities
Products and variants
Products reads your products with their type, visibility, price range, availability and currency, filtered by visibility, slug, handle or update date. Variants reads what carries each SKU and price: the product, the SKU and barcode, the price and compare-at price, the options and whether the variant is in stock. Categories reads your categories with their parent and how many products each holds; Options reads the options that make variants (size, colour) and the modifiers that only ask the buyer something (a gift message).
Stock by location
Stock reads the stock of each variant at each location: a quantity when Wix tracks it, otherwise in stock or not, with its availability and its revision. Filter it by SKU, product, variant, location, availability or update date. Locations gives the places your store keeps stock at.
Orders
Orders reads your orders, the latest updated first, filtered by status, payment, fulfillment, creation or update date, with their number, totals, buyer, channel and lines. For one order, Fulfillments, Order Payments and Order Refunds read its shipments with their tracking, its payments with their method, and what was refunded and why.
Contacts
Contacts reads the contacts of your site, buyers among them, with their name, email, phone and company, filtered by email or by a search.
Edits published back to Wix
From the Actions pane of Excel or the web app, one record at a time:
- Update Product changes a product's name, slug or description, and whether it shows on your site and at the point of sale.
- Set Stock sets a variant's stock at a location to the quantity you give, or to in stock or not when its quantity is not tracked. It is checked against the revision read: if a sale moved the stock since, Wix refuses the write rather than erase that sale.
- Adjust Stock moves a variant's stock at a location by a difference, applied to whatever the store holds at that moment.
- Cancel Order cancels an initialized or approved order, emailing the buyer and restocking its items only when you ask.
- Fulfill Order records a shipment of the lines of an order not yet fully fulfilled, with its tracking number, carrier or link.
What you can do:
- Load products, variants, stock, orders and contacts as Excel tables, up to 100 rows per page, or the pages in a row with All results
- Read a table in a cell with the
=LF.wixfunctions - Build your own totals with formulas, one currency at a time
- Keep stock aligned across your stores with the Inventory Stock Sync and Omnichannel Sales agents
- Read the same store from ChatGPT or Claude through MCP
Catalog V3 only
LinkyFlow reads the catalogue through Wix Stores Catalog V3. A store still on Catalog V1 gets no catalogue, and LinkyFlow says so; its orders and contacts are read all the same.
How amounts are read
An amount is an exact decimal, as Wix states it, in the currency of its product or order: 12.50 with EUR is 12.50 EUR. The dashboards read it as a number whatever the workbook's language, and never add two currencies together.
How lists are read
Wix pages through a list with a cursor that carries the list's filters and order, up to 100 rows per page. All results walks at most 1,000 pages and says so when the answer is incomplete. Fulfillments, Order Payments and Order Refunds read one order at a time: give its Order.
Agents
Inventory Stock Sync uses Wix as the master or as a target, location by location. Omnichannel Sales reads Wix as a sales channel, or keeps its stock as the master. Price Sync does not work with Wix: a variant's price has no single write LinkyFlow can read back. LinkyFlow does not use Wix webhooks: the agents read Wix on their own schedule.
ChatGPT and Claude
Through MCP, an assistant reads every table with the same connection. Cancel Order and Fulfill Order are previewed first and run only once you confirm. Update Product, Set Stock and Adjust Stock are not offered to an assistant: they stay in Excel and the web app.
What is not done
Products are never created or deleted, nothing is refunded, and no Wix webhook is used.
