#### For Excel 2013
1. Open Excel and go to the **Insert** tab. 2. Click **Apps for Office** or **My Apps**. 3. Search for **LinkyFlow** and follow the prompts to install.

## Connect exchange API keys
LinkyFlow works with multiple exchanges. The steps are similar everywhere: create an API key, keep the secret safe, and enable only the permissions you need.

### HTX (Huobi)
1. Go to <https://www.htx.com/en-us/apikey/> and create a new API key. 2. Start with **Read** permission only, then add trading permissions if needed.

### Add the key to LinkyFlow
In Excel, open **LinkyFlow > Settings** and paste your API Key and Secret Key.
- **API Key** goes into “API Key”. - **Secret Key** goes into “Secret Key”.

**API restrictions**
- **Enable Reading:** Required to access account data. - **Enable Spot & Margin Trading:** Needed only if you want to place orders from Excel. - **Enable Futures:** Required only for futures trading. - **Enable Withdrawals:** Not required for LinkyFlow. Keep disabled for safety. - **Enable Internal Transfer / Universal Transfer / Symbol Whitelist:** Optional advanced settings.

**IP access restrictions**
- **Unrestricted (less secure):** Allows any IP address. - **Restrict to trusted IPs (recommended):** More secure, but requires a fixed IP.
LinkyFlow runs through AWS servers (Frankfurt). If you need a fixed IP for your exchange, contact us and we will help you.

**Recommended setup for LinkyFlow**
- **Enable Reading** to access your portfolio and reports. - **Enable Spot & Margin Trading** only if you want to create orders from Excel.
It's fine to start with a read-only key and upgrade later if you need trading.

All reports are based on Excel functions. The sidebar helps you create them, but you can also build formulas manually and attach them to any Excel cell.

Each formula is constructed as follows:
1. **Type** (e.g., `=LF.binance.getTicker24h`) where `binance` is the connection and `getTicker24h` is the function.
2. **Arguments:** There are three arguments:
    - **Selection:** The filter to apply to the function.
    - **View:** The list of fields that will be displayed.
    - **Options:** Options like `"headless"` (true/false), meaning whether to display the header in the response.

## What this dashboard tracks
The Sales Dashboard pulls your Shopify order data into Excel so you can monitor revenue, order volume, and product performance without leaving your spreadsheet.

## Key metrics
- **Total revenue** — gross revenue by day, week, or custom period - **Order volume** — number of orders and average order value (AOV) - **Top products** — best sellers by units sold and by revenue contribution - **Sales by channel** — breakdown across online store, POS, and draft orders - **Discount impact** — total discounts applied and their effect on margin

## Why these KPIs matter
Revenue tells you what came in, but AOV and channel mix tell you *why*. A drop in AOV with stable order count means customers are buying cheaper items — that is a catalog or pricing signal. Channel breakdown reveals whether your POS or online store is driving growth. Discount impact shows whether promotions actually move volume or just erode margin without adding orders.

This dashboard uses the `orders` and `order_line_items` objects from the Shopify connection. You select the date range and granularity (daily, weekly, monthly) as query parameters. Refresh the sheet to pull the latest data.

## What this dashboard tracks
The Finance Dashboard gives you a P&L-ready view of your Shopify store directly in Excel. It reconciles gross revenue with fees, refunds, and discounts to surface your actual net position.

## Key metrics
- **Net revenue** — gross sales minus discounts, refunds, and returns - **Shopify fees** — transaction fees, payment processing costs, and app charges - **Refund rate** — refund volume as a percentage of gross revenue by period - **Tax collected** — VAT or sales tax broken down by region or order - **Payout reconciliation** — match Shopify payouts to your bank deposits

## Why these KPIs matter
Gross revenue is a vanity number if you do not track what leaves it. Transaction fees eat 1 to 3 % of every sale. A refund spike over 5 % is a product quality or expectation-management problem. Tax data by region matters for multi-country compliance. Payout reconciliation is the step that connects your store to your accounting — without it, you are flying blind every month-end.

The Inventory & Logistics Dashboard pulls your Shopify product and inventory data into Excel so you can monitor stock health, identify risk positions, and plan reorders without switching tools.

## Key metrics
- **Stock levels** — current quantity on hand per SKU and location - **Inventory turnover** — how many times stock rotates in a given period - **Days of supply** — estimated days until stockout based on recent sales velocity - **Low-stock alerts** — SKUs below a configurable reorder threshold - **Overstock positions** — items with more than N days of supply relative to sales rate - **Incoming stock** — open purchase orders and expected receipt dates

## Why these KPIs matter
A stockout on a top seller is lost revenue and a damaged customer experience. Overstock ties up cash and warehouse space. Days of supply is the number that bridges the two — it tells you which SKUs need action this week, not this quarter. Inventory turnover benchmarks efficiency: a ratio below 4 in most retail categories usually means too much dead stock. Tracking by location matters if you have multiple warehouses or fulfill from different places.

The Marketing Campaigns Dashboard connects Shopify discount and order data in Excel so you can measure the ROI of every promotion, coupon, and campaign without building manual reports.

## Key metrics
- **Discount code performance** — redemption count, total discount amount, and revenue generated per code - **Promotion ROI** — revenue uplift during campaign period vs. baseline period - **Customer acquisition** — new vs. returning customer split in orders - **Average order value by campaign** — does a promo increase AOV or just attract bargain buyers? - **Campaign overlap** — orders using multiple discount codes at once - **Promo margin impact** — gross margin before and after discount for each campaign

## Why these KPIs matter
Running a 20 % off campaign feels like growth until you see the margin numbers. Discount code redemption tells you if the campaign reached its audience. ROI calculation (incremental revenue divided by discount cost) separates the campaigns that pay for themselves from the ones that burn cash.
