Wix stock and orders
Load your Wix stock and orders into Excel or the web app, then act on them from the Actions pane. Each action writes one record, from your own click.
Read the stock
- Insert a LinkyFlow query, choose Wix, then the query Locations, and note the ID of each location.
- Choose the query Stock. Narrow before loading with SKU (the whole SKU, as the store spells it), Product, Variant, Location, Availability (
IN_STOCK,OUT_OF_STOCKorPREORDER) or an update date. - Run it. Each row is one variant at one location: the product name and SKU, the Location, whether the quantity is tracked, the Quantity, the Availability and the time of the last change.
Set a stock level
- On a Stock row, open the Actions pane and choose Set Stock.
- Give the Quantity to hold from now on: a whole number, set, never added to what was there. For a variant whose quantity is not tracked, give In Stock instead.
- Send it. The write carries the Revision read with the row, which moves at every change: if the stock changed since — a sale, a restock — Wix refuses the write, and that sale is not erased. Reload the row and set it again. Left empty, the revision is read again just before the write.
Move a stock level by a difference
Adjust Stock, in the Actions pane, takes a Product, a Variant, a Location and a Difference: a positive whole number adds stock, a negative one removes it. It is applied to whatever the store holds at that moment, so a sale made at the same instant is never erased. Wix refuses a removal below zero.
Cancel or fulfill an order
- Choose the query Orders: the latest updated first, filtered by Status, Payment, Fulfillment, or a creation or update date.
- Select an order. The Actions pane offers Cancel Order while the order is initialized or approved, and Fulfill Order while it is not fully fulfilled; this is checked again before the write.
- Cancel Order cancels the order for good. Email the Buyer sends Wix's cancellation email, with your Message added; Restock puts every item of the order back in stock. Both stay off unless you turn them on.
- Fulfill Order records a shipment. Leave Lines empty to ship every line of an unfulfilled order whole, or give the lines shipped as JSON —
[{"id": "<line id>", "quantity": 1}], the line ids read from the order's Lines. Add the Tracking Number and the Carrier: Wix makes the tracking link forfedex, ups, usps, dhlandcanadaPost; for another carrier, give the Tracking Link.
Fulfillments, Order Payments and Order Refunds then read what was shipped, paid and refunded for one order: give its Order.
In a cell
Each read is also an Excel function, among them =LF.wix.inventoryItems, =LF.wix.orders and =LF.wix.products. A function reads; the actions run from the Actions pane. The Wix connection reference prints each function with its arguments.
Use the Wix Catalog and Wix Sales dashboards of the LinkyFlow web app and the Excel add-in for ready-made KPI rows over these queries: variants, variants without a SKU, out of stock, products and locations; orders, approved, paid, to fulfill and cancelled, and what the paid orders total in each currency.
