LinkyFlow for TikTok Shop

The TikTok Shop connection brings a TikTok Shop seller account into Excel and the LinkyFlow web app: its shops and warehouses, its products and the SKUs that carry each price, the stock of each SKU in each warehouse, its promotions, its orders with their packages, cancellations and returns, and its settlement statements and payments. You connect by authorizing LinkyFlow's TikTok Shop app in Seller Center, with no key to copy. Load them as structured tables and analyse them with your formulas. It writes only what you ask: a price, a stock level, a product put on or off sale, a shipment, a decision on a cancellation or a return. No product is created or deleted at TikTok Shop.

LinkyFlow's TikTok Shop app is not approved by TikTok yet. Until TikTok approves it, the connect button says that signing in with TikTok Shop is not available yet, and no TikTok Shop connection can be made.

One connection, every shop the seller authorized

A connection is one seller's authorization, and it covers every shop that seller authorized: a local seller has one shop, a cross-border seller one per market. Each read and each write names its shop in the Shop field; left empty, it is the connection's first shop. Shops lists them, with their region, seller type and code.

Key capabilities

Catalogue

Products reads your products with their title, status (ACTIVATE is live, SELLER_DEACTIVATED is off sale…), audit status and SKUs. SKUs reads one row per SKU: its seller SKU, its product and its price, in its currency. Categories and Brands read the categories you may list in and the brands with their authorization status. Promotions reads your promotions with their type, status and dates.

Stock by warehouse

Stock reads one row per SKU and warehouse — its id is <sku>:<warehouse> — with the seller SKU, the product and the quantity. Stock Commitments reads, for the products or SKUs you name, what each SKU has available and what open orders hold of it. Warehouses gives the places your shop holds stock, and which one is the default.

Orders and after-sales

Orders reads your orders with their status (UNPAID, ON_HOLD, AWAITING_SHIPMENT, PARTIALLY_SHIPPING, AWAITING_COLLECTION, IN_TRANSIT, DELIVERED, COMPLETED, CANCELLED), their total in their currency, their fulfillment type and their lines. TikTok Shop states no quantity on a line: each line is one unit, so a SKU bought twice is two lines. Packages reads your packages with their tracking number and carrier. Cancellations and Returns read what buyers asked for, why, and what each refunds. Aftersale Eligibility reads, for one order, what you may still do on it and the reasons TikTok Shop accepts; Reject Reasons the reasons you may give to refuse one cancellation or return.

Settlements and payments

Statements reads your settlement statements with their revenue, fees and settled amount, and whether they are paid. Statement Transactions reads what makes up a statement, Order Settlement what one order settles SKU by SKU, Payments the payouts to your bank account and Balance Movements what moves your balance. Product Performance reads your products' analytics over a date range.

Edits published back to TikTok Shop

From the Actions pane of Excel or the web app, one record at a time:

  • Set Price sets a SKU's price.
  • Set Stock sets a SKU's quantity in one warehouse: a set, never an addition. TikTok Shop takes every warehouse of a SKU at once, so LinkyFlow reads them again just before the write and sends the others as it read them. TikTok Shop offers no check against a sale: one landing in another warehouse in that instant is overwritten there.
  • Activate Product puts a product you deactivated back on sale; Deactivate Product takes a live product off sale.
  • Deactivate Promotion ends a promotion not over yet.
  • Cancel Order cancels an order, or the lines you name, with a reason TikTok Shop offers: TikTok Shop refunds the buyer.
  • Mark Shipped records a shipment you made yourself, with its tracking number; Ship Package arranges a package's shipment.
  • Approve Cancellation and Reject Cancellation, Approve Return and Reject Return answer a buyer's request.

Each action is offered only while the record allows it, and this is checked again before the write.

What you can do:

  • Load products, SKUs, stock, orders, returns and statements as Excel tables, or the pages in a row with All results
  • Read a table in a cell with the =LF.tiktokshop functions
  • Build your own totals with formulas, one currency at a time
  • Keep stock and prices aligned across your stores with the Inventory Stock Sync, Price Sync and Omnichannel Sales agents
  • Read the same seller account from ChatGPT or Claude through MCP

Markets

France first, then any TikTok Shop market LinkyFlow's app is approved for. Every market is reached the same way, and every call is signed by LinkyFlow: there is nothing to type.

How amounts and moments are read

An amount is an exact decimal, as TikTok Shop states it, in the currency of its record: 12.50 with EUR is 12.50 EUR. The dashboards read it as a number whatever the workbook's language, and never add two currencies together. A moment is a Unix time, in seconds.

Agents

Inventory Stock Sync uses TikTok Shop as the master or as a target, one warehouse at a time. Price Sync uses it as the master or as a target: the SKU's price. Omnichannel Sales reads TikTok Shop as a sales channel — its orders take stock off the master — but never keeps its stock as the master: TikTok Shop offers no relative stock adjustment. LinkyFlow does not use TikTok Shop webhooks: the agents read TikTok Shop on their own schedule.

ChatGPT and Claude

Through MCP, an assistant reads every table with the same connection. Cancel Order, Approve Cancellation and Approve Return lead to a refund, so they are never run from a chat. The other actions are previewed first and run only once you confirm, except Set Price and Set Stock, which are not offered to an assistant: they stay in Excel and the web app.

What is not done

Products are never created or deleted, and no TikTok Shop webhook is used. TikTok Shop has no sandbox: its test shops are development shops in Seller Center, connected like any other shop.
