LinkyFlow — autonomous agents and live business data in Excel or on the webLinkyFlow
LinkyFlow · Wix

Wix. Your store, in Excel or on the web.

Load your Wix Stores products and variants with their SKUs and prices, the stock of each variant at each location, your categories and options, your orders with their payments, fulfillments and refunds, and your site’s contacts into Excel or the web app. Install LinkyFlow’s Wix app on your site, with no key to copy. It writes only what you ask: a product’s name or visibility, a stock level, a cancellation, a shipment.

No more exporting products or orders to rework them in a spreadsheet: LinkyFlow reads the Wix APIs and keeps the sheet connected to your site.

Every product, its variants, their SKUs and prices

Load your products with their type, visibility, price range and availability, then the variants that carry each SKU, price and option, and whether each one is in stock. Change a product’s name, slug, description, or whether it shows on your site and at the point of sale, from the Actions pane.

The stock of each variant, at each location

Read the stock of each variant at each of your locations: a quantity when Wix tracks it, otherwise in stock or not. Set Stock sets the quantity you give, checked against the revision you read, so a sale made since is refused rather than silently erased. Adjust Stock moves it by a difference, applied to whatever the store holds at that moment.

Orders, their payments, shipments and refunds

Load your orders, the latest updated first, filtered by status, payment, fulfillment or date, with their totals and lines; then, for one order, its payments, its fulfillments and its refunds. Cancel an order — emailing the buyer and restocking its items only when you ask — or record a fulfillment with its tracking, from the Actions pane.

Frequently asked questions

What Wix data can LinkyFlow access?

Eleven reads: your products, their variants with their SKUs and prices, the stock of each variant at each location, your locations, categories and options, your orders and, for one order, its payments, fulfillments and refunds, and your site’s contacts. The catalogue is read from Wix Stores Catalog V3 only: a store still on Catalog V1 gets its orders and contacts, not its catalogue.

Can LinkyFlow write to Wix?

Yes, when you ask it to, from the Actions pane of Excel or the web app: update a product’s name, slug, description and visibility; set a stock level, or move it by a difference; cancel an order; record a fulfillment with its tracking. Products are never created or deleted, and nothing is refunded.

What do I need to connect?

A Wix site with Wix Stores, and your Wix login. Click Connect with Wix, pick the site on Wix’s install page, approve the permissions it lists and install LinkyFlow’s app. There is no key to copy.

How are amounts shown?

As Wix states them: an exact decimal, such as 12.50, beside the currency of its product or order. The dashboards read it as a number whatever your Excel locale, and never add two currencies together.

Why can Set Stock be refused?

Each stock row carries a revision that moves at every change. Set Stock sends the revision that was read, and Wix refuses the write when the stock changed since — a sale made in between is never erased silently. Reload the row and set it again, or use Adjust Stock, which moves the stock by a difference applied to what the store holds at that moment.

Do LinkyFlow’s agents work with Wix?

Inventory Stock Sync keeps stock aligned with Wix as the master or as a target, location by location, and Omnichannel Sales reads Wix as a sales channel or keeps its stock as the master. Price Sync does not work with Wix: a variant’s price has no single write LinkyFlow can read back. The agents read Wix on their schedule; they do not wait for a webhook.

Can ChatGPT or Claude work with my Wix store?

Yes: through MCP they read your catalogue, stock, orders and contacts with the same connection. Cancelling an order and recording a fulfillment are shown to you first and run only once you confirm. Product and stock changes are not offered to them: they stay in Excel and the web app.

How do I end LinkyFlow’s access?

In your Wix site’s dashboard: Apps → Manage Apps → LinkyFlow → Uninstall App. Wix gives an app no way to uninstall itself, so deleting the connection in LinkyFlow leaves the app on your site until you remove it there.
