From the CSV export to a live shop.

The loop of exporting products or orders, fixing them in a spreadsheet and importing the file again disappears. LinkyFlow reads the PrestaShop webservice and keeps the sheet connected to the shop.

Every product, its combinations and their prices

Load products with the reference, the list price tax excluded, the wholesale price, the type and the status — filtered by reference, name, status, default category, manufacturer or last update — then their combinations with their references and price impacts, your categories and your manufacturers. Update the price of a product or the price impact of a combination from a row. Nothing else in the catalogue is written.

Orders, their lines and the customers behind them

Load orders by reference, state, customer or date, with their totals, payment and invoice number, their lines with quantities and prices, and the states your shop uses. Load customers by email, last name, company, status or date. Orders and customers are read-only.

The stock of each product and combination, set to the quantity you choose

Read one row per combination, and one for the whole product. Set Stock sets the quantity of a row to the number you choose: a set, never added to what was there.

From install to first export.

STEP 01

~1 min

Open LinkyFlow

Sign in to the LinkyFlow web app, or install the free add-in from AppSource and open it in Excel.

STEP 02

~2 min

Connect PrestaShop

In your back office, enable the webservice under Advanced Parameters → Webservice and create a key with the View (GET) right on the resources you want to read — and Patch (PATCH) on products, combinations and stock_availables only to write. Then paste the key and your shop's address. LinkyFlow reads what the key may do.

STEP 03

~30 s

Load and work

Pick Products, load — then filter, add formulas, or edit prices and publish them back to the shop from the same sheet.

Your PrestaShop shop. Your spreadsheet.

Connect your shop and work on its catalogue, stock, orders and customers in Excel or on the web.

Frequently asked questions

What PrestaShop data can LinkyFlow access?

The catalogue (products, combinations, stock, categories and manufacturers), the orders (their lines and the order states of your shop), the customers, the currencies and the languages — 11 queries over the PrestaShop webservice. A translated field is read in the language you choose, the default language of your shop otherwise.

Can LinkyFlow write to PrestaShop?

Three things, from Excel and the web app: the price of a product, the price impact of a combination, and a stock quantity, which is set to the number you give. Nothing is created or deleted, and orders, customers, categories and manufacturers are read-only.

Which versions of PrestaShop are supported?

PrestaShop 8 and 9. PrestaShop 1.7 is not supported: a connection to it is refused, and says so.

What do I need to connect?

A webservice key and your shop's address. In your back office, under Advanced Parameters → Webservice, enable the webservice, add a key and tick View (GET) on the resources LinkyFlow reads. Tick Patch (PATCH) on products, combinations and stock_availables only if you want to write. If a right key is refused, set Enable CGI mode for PHP to Yes on the same page.

How are prices handled?

Prices are read and sent as exact decimal strings. The product price is the list price, tax excluded. The price of a combination is an impact on that price, not a price of its own.

Can ChatGPT or Claude work with my PrestaShop shop?

Yes, to read it: through MCP they can read your catalogue, stock, orders and customers with the same connection. Every write stays in Excel and the web app.
