Terminate your contract

You can terminate your subscription at any time, directly from your account. Termination takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep your functions until then, and no further charge is started.

What happens

• Your account shows the plan concerned, the effective date and the consequences before you confirm anything.
• You confirm in one unambiguous action, after being able to go back.
• You receive an email confirming the receipt, the effective date and the effects of the termination.
• On the effective date your account returns to the free plan. Your account stays open: terminating is not deleting the account.

Did you subscribe less than fourteen days ago?

Withdrawal is a separate and more favourable right, with a refund. Use the dedicated function rather than termination.
