Welcome to the LinkyFlow documentation. LinkyFlow connects the platforms your business runs on to autonomous agents and to a live sheet you open in Excel or in the browser. Agents check your data every hour — reconciling payments, keeping stock in sync — and their results land next to the live data behind them. In the LinkyFlow web app, or in Excel through the add-in, you refresh that data, edit rows and publish changes back to the platform. Choose what you want to set up and follow the quick-start steps.
Agents
Agents run on your connections once per hour, on their own, and can also be run on demand. Each agent page states what it reads, what it may change, and what it cannot do.
- Shopify + Stripe Reconciliation Agent: matches Shopify sales with Stripe payments, fees and refunds. Read-only.
- Inventory Stock Sync Agent: aligns stock between a master store and your Shopify, WooCommerce or eBay stores, by exact SKU.
- Results open in the web app, and in Excel: export a connected workbook that keeps refreshing.

LinkyFlow (Exchanges)
Connect Excel to 9 crypto exchanges: track portfolios, build live dashboards — and trade from the sheet: place spot orders and manage futures positions when you enable trading permissions.
- Supported exchanges: Binance, HTX (Huobi), Coinbase, OKX, Bybit, Gate.io, Bitget, MEXC, Upbit.
- Best for: trading dashboards, portfolio snapshots, market data workflows, and order actions from Excel.

Shopify connection
Connect Excel to Shopify through LinkyFlow: manage products, inventory, and orders at scale — edit in the cell, then publish back to the store.
- Install the Shopify app and the Excel add-in.
- Best for: catalog updates, merchandising, and bulk create/update operations.

Connect Excel to your WooCommerce store: load products, orders, stock and customers as live tables — bulk edit prices and inventory, then publish back to WooCommerce.
