LinkyFlow for BigCommerce
The BigCommerce connection brings your store into Excel and the LinkyFlow web app: its catalogue, its orders, its customers, its stock at each location and its coupons. Load them as structured tables, analyse them with your formulas, and create, update or delete records without leaving the spreadsheet.
Key capabilities
Products, with their prices and their stock
Load products with the name, the SKU, the type (physical or digital), the list price, the sale price, the effective price BigCommerce computes, the retail, cost and MAP prices, the inventory level and its tracking, availability, visibility, categories, brand, weight and dimensions, UPC, MPN and GTIN, the total sold and the dates. Filter by one or several IDs, name, one or several SKUs, keyword, type, availability, visibility, featured, category, brand, a maximum inventory level or the last-modified date, and sort by name, SKU, price, inventory level, total sold or last modified.
Product variants, images and custom fields
Load the variants of one product, or of up to five at once: each SKU with its prices, its inventory level, its option values and whether purchasing is disabled. Variants reads the variants of the whole store, by SKU, several SKUs or product. The images, custom fields, options, modifiers and reviews of a product are queries of their own.
Categories and brands
Read the categories of every category tree of the store, with their parent, their visibility, their sort order and their URL path — filtered by IDs, parent, tree, name or keyword — and the store's brands.
Orders and shipments
Load orders filtered by ID range, status, customer, email, created or updated dates, totals, payment method, channel or archived, with their lines, shipping addresses, shipments, coupons, transactions (the payments recorded on an order) and refunds. Order Statuses carries your store's own labels.
Customers
Load customers by IDs, emails, name, company, customer group or dates, their addresses and your customer groups.
Stock by location
Read the inventory locations and, at up to five locations at once, each SKU's stock: on hand, available to sell, safety stock, warning level, in stock and backorders — filtered by SKUs, products or variants.
Coupons, promotions and the store
Read coupons and promotions, and the store's own information: name, domain, currency, units, plan.
Edits published back to the store
From rows or the Actions pane: create, update and delete products, variants (a new one needs its option values as JSON), product images (added from a public image URL), custom fields, brands, customers (never a password), customer addresses, customer groups and coupons. Create orders — a billing address and lines as JSON, catalogue products or custom lines —, update them, and archive them: BigCommerce keeps an archived order, which can be restored in its control panel. Create shipments with their items, tracking number and carrier. Set Stock Level sets the absolute quantity of one SKU at one location, never added to what was there. Categories, refunds, promotions and reviews are read-only.
