Customers & invoices

What you can do

Load your Stripe customers and invoices into Excel rows, create new records or edit existing ones in bulk, then publish the changes back to Stripe in a single batch.

Load customers

  1. Insert a LinkyFlow query, pick stripe, and choose the Customers query.
  2. Filter by email if you are looking for a specific customer, then run the query.
  3. Use Limit and the page arrows to page through results, or All results to load everyone at once.

Create or update in bulk

  • Rows without an id are created as new customers.
  • Rows with an id update the existing customer.
  • Edit the columns you want to change (email, name, phone, description) and publish — LinkyFlow batches the changes to Stripe and reports a pass/fail result per row.

Work with invoices

  1. Choose the Invoices query and filter by customer or status (draft, open, paid, uncollectible, void).
  2. Create a draft invoice by adding a row with a customer id; set Auto Advance to let Stripe finalize and collect automatically.
  3. Only draft invoices can be deleted.

Amounts (total, amount_due, amount_paid) are in the smallest currency unit (cents).
