LinkyFlow for eBay
The eBay connection brings your eBay seller data into Excel. Load inventory items, offers, orders, transactions, and payouts as structured tables, analyse them with your formulas, and push supported changes back to eBay without leaving the spreadsheet.
Key capabilities
Browse and update inventory in bulk Load inventory items and offers into Excel rows. Create new SKUs or edit existing ones in bulk, then publish your changes back to eBay in a single batch. Inventory items are keyed by SKU — create and update are the same idempotent upsert.
Sales and order tracking Pull orders into Excel and track totals, fulfillment status, and payment status across your marketplaces.
Finance reconciliation Load transactions and payouts from the eBay Finances API to reconcile gross sales, fees, and net payouts.
Business policy reference Load fulfillment, payment, and return policies to reference their ids when creating offers.
What you can do:
- Load inventory, offers, orders, transactions, and payouts as Excel tables - Filter by SKU, status, or eBay filter expression before loading - Create and update inventory items and offers in bulk - Analyse inventory and sales with pre-built KPI rows and charts
eBay stores monetary values as strings (e.g.
"19.99"), and the Finances API is served from a different host (apiz.ebay.com) — both are handled for you.
