LinkyFlow for PrestaShop

LinkyFlow for PrestaShop

The PrestaShop connection brings your shop into Excel and the LinkyFlow web app: its catalogue, its stock, its orders and its customers, read from the webservice of PrestaShop 8 and 9. Load them as structured tables, analyse them with your formulas, and change a price or a stock quantity without leaving the spreadsheet.

Key capabilities

Products

Load products with the reference, the name, the list price tax excluded, the wholesale price, the status, the type (standard, combinations, pack or virtual), the default category, the manufacturer, the EAN-13, ISBN, UPC and MPN, the visibility, the weight and dimensions and the dates. Filter by one or several IDs, reference, name, status, default category, manufacturer or last-update date.

Combinations

Load the combinations of your products: each size or colour with its reference, its price impact, its wholesale price and its codes, filtered by IDs, product or reference.

Stock

Read one row per combination and one for the whole product (combination 0), with the quantity, filtered by IDs, product or combination.

Categories and manufacturers

Read the categories of your catalogue with their parent, their depth, their status and their position, and the manufacturers your products are sold under.

Orders and their lines

Load orders filtered by IDs, reference, state, customer, placed or updated dates, with their totals, their payment, their invoice and delivery numbers and their currency. Order Lines reads each product sold, with its reference, quantity, refunded and returned quantities and prices, filtered by order, product or reference. Order States says what an order's state means in your shop, and Currencies what its currency is.

Customers

Load customers by IDs, email, last name, company, status or last-update date. Passwords and reset tokens are never read.

Languages

Languages lists the languages of your shop. A translated field — a product's name, for example — is read in the language you choose, and in the default language of your shop otherwise.

Edits published back to the shop

Three writes, from rows or the Actions pane, and nothing else: Update Product Price sets the list price of a product, tax excluded; Update Combination Price Impact sets the price impact of a combination; Set Stock sets a stock quantity to the number you give, never added to what was there. Nothing is created or deleted, and orders, customers, categories and manufacturers are read-only.

What you can do:

  • Load the catalogue, stock, orders and customers as Excel tables, up to 100 rows per page, or the pages in a row with All results
  • Filter before loading, so you only pull the slice you need
  • Read a table in a cell with the =LF.prestashop functions
  • Update product prices, combination price impacts and stock quantities in bulk from rows
  • Read the same shop from ChatGPT or Claude through MCP — reads only, writes stay in Excel and the web app

Prices are exact decimal strings. The price of a combination is an impact on the product's price, not a price of its own.
