eBay connection setup
Connecting eBay takes one click. LinkyFlow handles the OAuth flow for you — there are no API keys to create or paste. You sign in on eBay, approve the permissions, and your connection is ready.
Requirements
- An eBay seller account
Step 1 — Start the connection
- In LinkyFlow (Excel add-in or web app), open Connections → Add connection.
- Choose ebay from the provider list and click Connect with eBay.
Step 2 — Approve on eBay
- You are redirected to eBay. Sign in to your seller account if needed.
- Review the permissions LinkyFlow requests (inventory, orders, finances, account) and click Agree.
- eBay sends you back to LinkyFlow and the connection is created automatically — no token to copy.
LinkyFlow stores a short-lived access token plus a long-lived refresh token, and renews the > access token for you in the background. If the refresh token ever expires, just click > Connect with eBay again to reconnect.
Step 3 — Load your first query
- Insert a LinkyFlow query and pick the ebay provider.
- Choose a query such as Inventory Items or Orders, select your connection in the Link field, and run it.
- Use the Limit control and the page arrows to page through results, or pick All results to load everything in one fetch.
