LinkyFlow for Amazon Seller Central

The Amazon Seller Central connection brings an Amazon seller account into Excel and the LinkyFlow web app: its marketplaces, its listings with their price and fulfillment channel, the quantity of the listings you ship yourself (FBM), the stock Amazon holds for you (FBA), Amazon's catalogue items and the offers competing on your listings, your orders and their items, your FBA inbound plans, your settlement periods, the transactions posted to your account and your reports. You connect by approving LinkyFlow in Seller Central, with no key to copy. Load them as structured tables and analyse them with your formulas. It writes only what you ask: a price, an FBM quantity, a shipment confirmation, a report request. No listing is created or deleted at Amazon.

Amazon has not approved LinkyFlow's SP-API application yet. Until it does, the connect button says that connecting Amazon is not available yet, and no Amazon connection can be made.

One connection, every marketplace of a region

A connection is one seller's authorization in one Amazon region — Europe, North America or the Far East — and it covers every marketplace of that region the seller sells in: Amazon.fr, Amazon.de, Amazon.it and the other European stores together. Each read and each write names its marketplace in the Marketplace field; left empty, it is the connection's own — the one of your business's country, else the first you sell in. Marketplaces lists them, with their country, currency and domain. Selling in a second region is a second connection.

Key capabilities

Listings and prices

Listings reads your listings in a marketplace, one row per SKU: its ASIN, title, status (BUYABLE, DISCOVERABLE), consumer price and business price in their currency, its fulfillment channel (MERCHANT when you ship it, AMAZON when Amazon does), its quantity when you ship it yourself, and the issues Amazon reports on it. Catalog Items searches Amazon's catalogue by keywords or identifiers (ASIN, EAN, UPC…): title, brand, category and sales ranks. Listing Offers reads the offers competing on one of your listings: each seller's price and shipping, whether Amazon fulfils it, and who holds the Buy Box.

Stock: FBM and FBA

Stock (FBM) reads the quantity each listing you ship yourself makes available in a marketplace. FBA Stock reads what Amazon holds for you in its fulfillment centres, by SKU: fulfillable, inbound, reserved, unfulfillable and total. FBA stock is read only: Amazon holds it, and LinkyFlow never sets it. FBA Inbound Plans reads your plans to send stock into Amazon's fulfillment centres, with their status.

Orders

Orders reads your orders with their status (PENDING_AVAILABILITY, PENDING, UNSHIPPED, PARTIALLY_SHIPPED, SHIPPED, CANCELLED, UNFULFILLABLE), who fulfils them, their marketplace, what you receive for them, their units, their items and, for those you ship yourself, their packages. Order Items reads one row per item: SKU, ASIN, title, quantity ordered, shipped and still to ship, unit price and proceeds. Without a window, the orders updated in the last 30 days are read. LinkyFlow never reads a buyer's name, email or address.

Settlements, transactions and reports

Settlements reads your settlement periods: when each opened and closed, its total, and its transfer to your bank. Transactions reads every amount posted to your account — orders paid, refunds, fees, adjustments — each with its order and its settlement, what a reconciliation matches; without a window, the last 30 days. Reports reads the reports Amazon builds for you (settlements by default), their status and period: request one with Request Report and follow it here until it is DONE, then download its document in Seller Central.

Edits published back to Amazon

From the Actions pane of Excel or the web app, one record at a time:

  • Set Price sets a listing's consumer price in a marketplace, taxes included where the marketplace shows them so.
  • Set Stock sets the quantity of a listing you ship yourself: a set, never an addition. A listing Amazon fulfils is refused before anything is sent.
  • Confirm Shipment tells Amazon an order you ship yourself has shipped, with its carrier and tracking number: the items you name, or every item not shipped yet. It is offered only while the order waits to be shipped, and checked again before the write.
  • Request Report asks Amazon to build a report of the type you name: nothing of yours changes.

Amazon checks a listing change before it applies it, then applies it within minutes: a read right after may still show the former value.

What you can do:

  • Load listings, stock, orders, settlements and transactions as Excel tables, or the pages in a row with All results
  • Read a table in a cell with the =LF.amazon functions
  • Build your own totals with formulas, one currency at a time
  • Keep the stock and the prices of your listings aligned with your other stores with the Inventory Stock Sync and Price Sync agents, and count Amazon's sales in Omnichannel Sales
  • Read the same seller account from ChatGPT or Claude through MCP

How amounts and moments are read

An amount is an exact decimal in the currency of its record: 12.50 with EUR is 12.50 EUR. The dashboards read it as a number whatever the workbook's language, and never add two currencies together. A moment is in ISO 8601, as Amazon writes it.

Agents

Inventory Stock Sync keeps the quantity of the listings you ship yourself aligned, one marketplace at a time; a listing Amazon fulfils is never set. Price Sync keeps a listing's price aligned. Omnichannel Sales reads Amazon as a sales channel — its orders take stock off your master store. LinkyFlow does not use Amazon notifications: the agents read Amazon on their own schedule.

ChatGPT and Claude

Through MCP, an assistant reads every table with the same connection, never a buyer's name or address. Confirm Shipment is previewed first and runs only once you confirm. Set Price, Set Stock and Request Report are not offered to an assistant: they stay in Excel and the web app.

What is not done

Listings are never created or deleted, a buyer's personal data is never read, and no Amazon notification is used.
