# LinkyFlow

> LinkyFlow runs autonomous agents on the platforms a business runs on — Shopify, Stripe, WooCommerce and eBay — and puts every result, next to the live data behind it, in a sheet you open in Microsoft Excel (free add-in) or in the browser (LinkyFlow web app). Agents run every hour on their own: one reconciles Shopify sales against Stripe payments, one keeps stock quantities aligned across stores. The same live tables can be refreshed, edited and published back to the platform, and ChatGPT or Claude can work with them through MCP.

Key facts:
- Agents: two today. Each runs automatically once per hour and can also be run on demand. Each agent page states what the agent connects, reads, may write and concludes, and what it cannot do.
- Shopify + Stripe Reconciliation (read-only): pairs every Shopify transaction paid through Stripe with the Stripe payment, only when an identifier or an explicit order reference proves it; checks amount and currency, retrieves the real fee and net, and opens a case for each exception (for example NOT_FOUND, AMOUNT_MISMATCH, REFUND_MISMATCH, NEEDS_INVESTIGATION). An LLM is used only to annotate NEEDS_INVESTIGATION cases and never changes a verdict. It never refunds, captures or edits anything.
- Inventory Stock Sync: one master store to one or more target stores across Shopify, WooCommerce and eBay, matched by exact SKU. Monitor mode (the default) reports differences and writes nothing; Approval mode records proposed changes you approve or reject; Auto mode sets the target quantity, then reads it back. The only thing it can change is a stock quantity on a target store.
- Excel or web: agent results and live platform data open in the LinkyFlow web app (load, refresh, edit and publish in the browser) and in Microsoft Excel through the add-in. A workbook exported from the web app stays connected: Refresh keeps working in Excel.
- Excel add-in: taskpane + custom functions (`=LF.*` namespace), distributed on Microsoft AppSource (app id WA200006362). Works on Excel for Windows, macOS, iPad and Excel for the web.
- Reads (live tables): products, variants, orders, customers, inventory, payments, invoices, subscriptions, payouts, portfolio balances, transactions, order books, live prices, OHLCV.
- Actions: edit products, prices and stock and publish the changes back to Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay or Stripe; draft, send and cancel PayPal invoices; place crypto orders and manage futures positions from Excel (`=LF.BUY`, `=LF.SELL`).
- AI assistants: ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients use the same connections with the user's explicit OAuth authorization; credentials never appear in a conversation.
- Supported platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Stripe, PayPal and 9 crypto exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, OKX, Bybit, HTX, Bitget, Gate.io, MEXC, Upbit). Agents work with Shopify, Stripe, WooCommerce and eBay. Roadmap: Wix, BigCommerce.
- Security: credentials are read-only by default; write actions require permissions the user explicitly enables on their platform. Secrets are encrypted server-side.
